Calvary Winter Haven is prayerfully seeking the next person God is calling to serve as our Worship & Technical Arts Pastor. We are looking for someone with a heart for Christ, a passion for the local church, and the ability to lead worship, develop teams, and oversee the creative and technical elements of our services. Just as important, this person must have a desire to shepherd and care for those they lead.
Calvary is a growing, multi-generational church in Central Florida with a vision for future multi-site ministry and community outreach. This position offers the opportunity to help shape and build worship culture, ministry systems, leadership development, volunteer teams, and technical infrastructure for future growth and expansion.
The Pastor of worship and Technical Arts will serve as the primary worship leader at our Winter Haven campus and provide leadership and direction for worship and technical ministries across our growing church. This position will work closely with the Lead Pastor and ministry staff and will be an important part of the pastoral and creative leadership of Calvary.
Calvary is located in Winter Haven, in the heart of Central Florida. Polk County is THE FASTEST GROWING COUNTY in the state of Florida and the 4th fastest growing area in the US.
